AND…There is nothing quite like true “friendship” built around biblical truth…

I miss you guys bad! I want you to keep learning more of God, through His truth, even when I can’t easily be with you around the tables. Why? Because you make me sick—I mean you might make an old guy like me sick. I am mostly trying to set an example for folks my age to be a little more careful for a few more weeks at least.
Meanwhile, have I got a plan for your lives! At least for the first 18 of you who get back to me quickly—sorry—has to be by email at raleigh@fbccs.org.
You are invited to a face-to-face study, yes together. Yes, 10 people in the same room at the FBC building. You will need to pick either Saturday or Sunday night and stick with it for about 7 weeks. Both nights will be the same study, starting at 6:30 PM and lasting 2 hours. I’m thinking the first nights will be begin June 13 & 14.
What will YOU study? I say “YOU,” because I won’t be there yet (remember you potentially make me sick!) YOU will be led in a study of that little book some of us looked at before but which bears repeating about once a year, The Cure: What if God isn’t who you think He is and neither are you. Please look up some of the videos connected with the book if you need to remember how great it was or you don’t know it at all.
I have 18 FREE copies of the book—sorry, they are actual paper copies. They go to the first 18 emailers to raleigh@fbccs.org that clearly commit and designate a night. The first 9 get their first choice on which night to attend. I hope your parents pay for fast internet! After 11:59 PM Sunday, June 7, if I don’t have 18 of you high school folks, I will open it up to the college and beyond brothers and sisters we meet with and love. They are already hoping you are too slow to grab a spot!
If you have an easy question, email it to me but do it quickly or you will miss out because I am usually slow to respond. If you have a tough question, keep it to yourself! 😁
I’ll notify winners of the “bible study sweep stakes” ASAP, so you’ll know if you made the cut and if you got your preferred night. One person, who shall remain unnamed, but to cause trouble, HER name starts with an “L” and ends with an “e,” already guessed ahead and claimed her spot so there are really only 17 spots left! Don’t be a loser!”
